Lead Chick-fil-A Canada’s digital technology portfolio using service delivery and program leadership to support restaurant expansion and Operators. This senior technology leader partners with Canada Division stakeholders, the Digital Transformation & Technology team, and vendors. The position shapes a multi-year roadmap, translates business needs into techno-functional requirements, and guides core restaurant systems, payments, networks, and digital capabilities. It also supports the transition to a current technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:





Build and execute Canada’s technology portfolio and roadmap Design solutions addressing regional business requirements Coordinate technology implementation for restaurant grand openings Define and improve IT service levels and support operations Advocate Canada-specific needs across global technology standards Requirements:

Ten years of experience required Technology service delivery experience Experience leading complex technical initiatives and programs Experience leading technology functions and teams Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Shape Chick-fil-A Canada’s technology direction through portfolio leadership, service delivery, and restaurant systems expertise.
