Drive financial performance insights for Swiss Re’s Latin America market through analytics, planning, and decision support from Toronto. Help leaders steer commercial outcomes. As a Senior Financial Analyst within FP&A; Americas Life & Health Re, you will support Latin America and other regions as needed. Build business understanding, identify performance drivers, produce financial plans, and communicate transparent answers. Collaborate with client markets, controlling, actuarial, pricing, and Finance colleagues across Swiss Re.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quarterly financial performance drivers across client markets
- Prepare accurate submissions, dashboards, pipeline information, and performance reports
- Support New Business projections and business plan requirements




- Facilitate IFRS-17 performance reporting change activities
- Provide financial insights for commercial decisions and strategic discussions

Requirements:
- Background in mathematics, financial modelling, actuarial sciences, or finance
- Three to five years of relevant work experience
- At least two years of insurance experience
- Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and performance drivers
- Understanding of multi-valuation concepts, especially IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 Bring analytical, commercial, presentation, and data management skills to Swiss Re’s Latin America FP&A; team.
