Shape AI-powered LegalTech experiences as a Senior UX Designer in Toronto, using user research and product analytics across core products. At Litera, you will own end-to-end design for a core product area across Microsoft add-ins, web, and mobile. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to frame problems and deliver user-centered solutions. The work includes navigating complex legal workflows while balancing speed, craft, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Own design from research and problem framing through release Shape scope, challenge assumptions, and set product priorities Align Product, Legal SMEs, and Engineering stakeholders Use analytics, research, and domain expertise for decisions Improve design processes and champion user-centered practices Requirements:

Five or more years designing and shipping live products B2B SaaS experience elevating design maturity Working knowledge of AI design principles Microsoft ecosystem design experience, including add-ins Robust stakeholder alignment and design rationale presentation skills Bring senior UX leadership, AI design knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to Litera’s complex legal technology platform.
