Lead enterprise transformation adoption at Interac, connecting strategy with execution through delivery frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. This role supports sustainable ways of working across Canada. Reporting to the Leader, Solution Delivery Centre of Excellence, you will guide transformation across Product, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions. You will develop practical roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, and help teams adopt delivery capabilities. Your work will support enterprise consistency while addressing business needs and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities:

Lead rollout of SD CoE frameworks, standards, and operating models Develop implementation strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and success measures Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, issues,



and adoption challenges Coach leaders and teams on delivery excellence practices Provide executive reporting and actionable adoption insights Requirements:

10+ years in project, program, or delivery leadership Experience leading enterprise transformation from strategy through sustainment Experience driving adoption, readiness, and behavioural change Robust facilitation, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills Eligibility to work full-time for Interac Corp. in Canada Bring enterprise transformation, adoption strategy, and delivery leadership to Interac while embedding measurable, sustainable ways of working.
