Shape AI benchmarking strategy at Autodesk by connecting technical evaluations with business priorities and competitive market insight. This individual contributor role offers a path to people management. You will set priorities for Autodesk’s AI benchmarking program across real-world design and manufacturing work. The role combines evaluation fluency, business translation, and structured problem solving. You will work with engineers, researchers, product teams, and business leadership to guide research, product, and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize benchmarks by workflow value, strategic importance, and competitive relevance Map benchmark priorities to Industry Cloud problem areas Define comparisons across Autodesk, competitors,



and frontier models Translate results into explicit C-suite capability read-outs Shape task curation with technical benchmarking teams Requirements:

Seven or more years in strategy, product, research, or AI roles Ability to interrogate evaluations and challenge benchmark metrics Experience translating capability changes into business decisions Strong analytical judgment and executive communication Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Lead Autodesk’s AI benchmarking priorities using technical judgment, competitive analysis, and concise communication for high-impact decisions.
