Build reliable AI platforms at Motive with Python, cloud infrastructure, and production software engineering across applications, services, and inference systems. As a senior engineer, you will ship production software and AI systems on secure, cost-disciplined cloud infrastructure. You will design services, operate inference platforms, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The work connects reliability, governance, and unit economics. Key Responsibilities:

Design and ship production services, APIs, and interfaces Own implementation, testing, reviews, deployment, and maintenance Build production RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning, and serving systems Architect AWS or GCP environments with Kubernetes and Terraform Optimize GPUs, routing, models, and AI request costs Requirements:

Five or more years owning production software systems Robust Python and one additional development stack Production backend services, APIs, and AI or ML experience AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD experience Proven cloud or AI spend reduction or governance Apply senior software engineering judgment to production AI, cloud reliability, and measurable cost control at Motive.
