Gowling WLG seeks a Practice Support Lawyer focused on technical quality, knowledge, and client service. This position supports Corporate Commercial, Funds and Private M&A;, and Capital Markets and Public M&A; groups. The experienced lawyer will collaborate with department and practice leaders, Legal Talent, Knowledge & Practice Support, and A.I. and Innovation teams. Work includes legal updates, training, knowledge assets, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers with complex legal and procedural issues Monitor jurisprudence and legislative and regulatory developments Develop precedents, templates, checklists,



and knowledge-sharing practices Assess technologies using automation, data, and A.I. capabilities Design training and prepare client alerts and presentations Requirements:

Licensed JD or LLB in valuable standing Significant post-call experience in a global or national law firm Expertise in corporate transactions, M&A;, funds, and capital markets Strong research, drafting, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing knowledge assets and delivering training programs Bring corporate law expertise, precise drafting, and curiosity about legal technology to Gowling WLG’s practice support work.
