The Senior Maintenance Manager provides strategic direction across mechanical, electrical, and reliability functions. This on-site leadership role oversees maintenance teams, asset management, shutdown planning, and continuous improvement. The position supports production, operational excellence, and plant availability while meeting safety, environmental, regulatory, and ISO requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance teams through goals, coaching, development, and accountability Manage operating and capital budgets with maintenance leaders Develop predictive, preventive, lubrication, and reliability programs Plan major shutdowns, outages,



and turnaround activities Govern planning, scheduling, work management, and backlog processes Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline Eight to ten years of mechanical maintenance experience in heavy industry Leadership experience managing maintenance teams in unionized environments Reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance best-practice experience Microsoft Office and CMMS proficiency, including SAP PM or Maximo Bring industrial leadership, reliability expertise, and maintenance strategy experience to St Marys Cement’s on-site operation.
