Compensation

$135,000 – $155,000, commensurate of experience and other unique factors Non – discretionary bonus structure tied to billable target

Responsibilities The incumbent lawyer would be responsible for a wide range of complex disputes in the construction space, including but not limited to builder liens, delay claims, cost overruns, quality disputes,



qualified liability matters, property damage disputes, and more. You would be working on an independent file load while also supporting Partners on larger, more sophisticated claims.

Qualifications

Be called to the BC Bar and be in positive standing 3 – 5 years of post call experience with a focus on construction / insurance law Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with a 1575 annual billable target
