Seven or more years leading complex cross-functional initiatives Experience in business analysis or product strategy Experience owning Epics, business cases, or equivalent artifacts Proficiency with Jira, Epics, Stories, and INVEST principles Effective communication with senior business stakeholders Bring systems thinking, agile delivery, and investment expertise to shape measurable initiatives for CIBC’s Savings, Investments and Advice team.
