Lead campus operations with Spirit of Math as Vice Principal, applying staff leadership and academic oversight from campus Monday through Thursday and Saturday. The Vice Principal supports the Campus Principal in maintaining academic and operational standards. This leader engages teachers, students, and parents while supervising staff, monitoring student progress, and supporting campus success. The position combines administration, teaching, personnel support, and community communication. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily academic and business campus operations Conduct staff reviews and monitor KPI compliance Supervise, train, and mentor teaching personnel Deliver weekly lessons and substitute when required Monitor safety, facilities, records, and parent communication Requirements:
