Lead domestic partner operations for Day & Ross in Brampton or Winnipeg, using carrier management and data-driven decision making. The Manager, Domestic Partner Operations oversees network performance, management, and continuous improvement. This full time position works with Operations and Customer Service to strengthen carrier accountability, service recovery, and operational excellence. The role also supports network optimization through relationships, reporting, and analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Lead relationships with domestic partner carriers Establish service standards and accountability measures Manage carrier scorecards, KPIs, and corrective action plans Monitor service and transit targets Provide operational reporting and recommendations to leadership Requirements:

Diploma or degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or business Equivalent industry experience considered Five-plus years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience Three-plus years of leadership, vendor, or carrier management experience Experience with TMS, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI Apply transportation leadership, carrier performance management, and analytics to improve Day & Ross network reliability.
