We are seeking a

Senior Systems Analyst

with 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, functional consulting, or a similar IT-focused role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance and Operations (D365FO)/C365CM, Data Management Framework (DMF), system integrations, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The successful candidate will lead solution analysis, system design, technical documentation, implementation, integration, and support activities for large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications, working closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable, and cost-efficient I⁢ solutions.

Public Sector Experience: Preferred

Must Have

5-8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar systems-focused IT role.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM, including system configuration and support.

Experience working with Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations within D365 environments.

Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

Experience delivering large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications.

Experience in solution design, technical design documentation, and high-level solution architecture.





Experience working closely with developers and developing cutting-edge, out-of-the-box solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting or participating in D365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O;) implementations.

Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operating models.

Experience working with eCommerce or related integrated platforms.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience.

Supply chain management experience, particularly in fulfilling orders from warehouses.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership, and coordination of activities in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a diverse range of cost-effective I⁢ solutions.

Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I⁢ solutions and applications to meet program and service goals and objectives while ensuring efficiency.

General Skills

Provide specialized technical expertise in the overall analysis of the design and architecture of systems solutions.

Evaluate recommendations and ensure that all recommended solutions for improvement are aligned with project goals and objectives.

Identify short- and long-term project goals and objectives and, as a senior technical expert,



define and identify program and service delivery requirements in support of the development and/or acquisition of client applications.

Lead the analysis, development, and documentation of the design and architecture of systems solutions.

Lead the development of testing, integration, and implementation of systems solutions into clients' applications.

Guide feasibility studies and cost-effective analyses of proposed client I⁢ initiatives and ensure that all studies and analyses are documented.

Lead the technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of a diverse range of client applications throughout all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes planning, scheduling, estimating resources, providing technical expertise, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and providing management with project status updates.

Demonstrate experience gathering requirements and translating business documents into technical specifications.

Demonstrate experience leading development and support teams responsible for multidimensional and relational databases and their applications for effective planning, budgeting, strategizing, and forecasting procedures.

Demonstrate experience designing and developing complex applications utilizing relational and multidimensional databases.

Provide implementation and post-implementation support as required.

Oversee the research and evaluation of technical components involved in the acquisition of software, hardware, technology, systems, and products.

Recommend and direct the measurement and improvement of tools, techniques, standards, and performance criteria to control the quality of application devel
