As a senior RTR Payment System Operations leader, you will manage business, operational, and technical activities supporting 24-hour, 365-day operations. You will guide roadmap planning, stakeholder relationships, and future-state real-time payments work. The position requires advanced RTR knowledge, business analysis experience, and progressive management experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage ongoing RTR business, operational, and technical activities Champion improvements to exchange, clearing, and settlement processes Develop operational rules, standards, and procedures Prepare executive briefings, presentations,

Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or related discipline Minimum seven years’ business analysis experience Progressive management experience in a business analysis setting Advanced knowledge of RTR systems, payments, rules, and functionality Eligibility for Payments Canada background checks and periodic travel Shape RTR operations and Canadian real-time payments through advanced systems knowledge, leadership, and stakeholder expertise.
