Lead HVACR sales and operations across Sinclair Supply’s Midwest Region, with oversight of branches in Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg. Travel approximately 35% while driving regional performance. As Regional Manager, you will guide multiple branches within Sinclair Supply Ltd., a wholesale HVACR distributor serving customers since 1946. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across sales growth, operational execution, financial management, and customer experience. You will develop Branch Managers and frontline teams while translating company priorities into consistent action. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve regional sales, margin, and profitability objectives Oversee inventory, fulfillment, deliveries, and operational standards Manage regional P&L;, forecasting, budgets,



and cost controls Develop branch leaders and frontline employees through coaching Ensure consistent customer experiences and resolve escalated issues Requirements:

Post-secondary education, degree, diploma, or technical designation Five or more years’ management experience in wholesale distribution HVACR industry management experience is an asset Experience managing multiple branches Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract Apply regional leadership, HVACR distribution experience, and operational discipline across Sinclair Supply’s Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg branches.
