Apply technical accounting expertise at RSM while advising clients through complex financial reporting and business challenges. Travel may reach 25% annually, depending on clients. This Senior Associate position supports RSM’s Technical Accounting Consulting practice across multiple client engagements. You will provide technical accounting guidance, prepare client deliverables, and contribute to performance improvement. The work requires knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS, strong communication, and collaborative service delivery across RSM’s service lines. Key Responsibilities:





Participate in multiple Technical Accounting Consulting engagements Provide financial and business advisory guidance to clients Prepare technical memoranda and other client deliverables Identify opportunities for performance improvement Maintain and develop effective technical accounting capabilities Requirements:

BS or BA degree in Accounting or equivalent At least two years of relevant accounting experience Robust US GAAP or IFRS technical knowledge Advanced written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel 25% annually, depending on clients Bring technical accounting, financial reporting, and client advisory skills to complex engagements with RSM’s Technical Accounting Consulting practice.
