Lead recovery strategy, vendor governance, and analytics as goeasy’s Senior Recovery Operations Manager, working three days onsite weekly in Mississauga. This senior leadership role oversees goeasy’s National Unsecured Recovery Program and external legal and collections providers. You will lead internal recovery teams, manage national vendors, interpret performance data, and strengthen compliance. The position supports recovery performance and customer outcomes through internal and vendor-supported operations. Key Responsibilities:
