As a Senior Routing Engine Developer, you will develop distributed backend services for contact center operations. The work spans microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud-native engineering, and performance engineering. You will collaborate with product, architecture, workforce management, telephony, and CX platform teams. Key Responsibilities:
