Lead India-wide test and measurement service operations at Yokogawa, applying technical escalation expertise and disciplined process management across customer accounts. As Service Manager, you will oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair activities. You will manage service requests against SLA/TAT expectations while monitoring backlog, turnaround time, engineer productivity, and customer records. The position also covers recurring-failure reduction, documentation, and senior technical issue resolution. Key Responsibilities:
