Lead underground geology at Timmins West Mine in Timmins, Ontario, using grade control and mine planning expertise. Monday-to-Friday or 4x3 shifts apply. Lake Shore Gold seeks a Senior Mine Geologist reporting to the Chief Geologist. You will coordinate geologists, support daily grade control, and liaise with production and engineering personnel. The work includes diamond drill programs, resource modelling, life-of-mine planning, and budgeting support. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise a team of geologists Monitor grade control and sampling quality Liaise with production and engineering personnel Validate engineered stope shapes using grade block models Conduct safety inspections, audits, and job observations Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Geology required Skilled Geoscientist designation in Ontario Five to seven years of exploration and production geology Underground narrow vein gold mining experience preferred Experience with Deswik, Datamine, or Leapfrog Apply geological supervision, grade control, and resource modelling expertise across Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins West Mine operations.
