Lead enterprise risk management and compliance at PICTON Investments, translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance and effective processes. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Senior Director will develop, implement, and enhance the firm’s ERM framework. The position partners with business leaders across functions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks. It also supports governance practices, compliance initiatives, and strategic business projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management framework and reporting Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and mitigation activities Maintain risk registers, taxonomies, indicators,



and appetite measures Prepare reporting for executive leadership and governance committees Promote risk culture through education, awareness, and training Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in a related business or risk field 8+ years’ progressive financial services risk or compliance experience Knowledge of ERM frameworks, assessments, and governance practices Understanding of Canadian investment and securities regulation Solid analytical, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills Apply enterprise risk, compliance, governance, and regulatory expertise to strengthen PICTON Investments’ organization-wide risk culture.
