As an Operations Research Engineer, you will support the Workforce Management product stream. Design scheduling, staffing, coverage, and resource-allocation solutions for large-scale contact centers. Translate business requirements into maintainable mathematical models, production-ready services, and measurable optimization objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Research optimization models for workforce planning and resource allocation Implement schedule optimization engines using OR-Tools and CP-SAT Build production-grade solver services within the WFM platform Validate coverage, constraint violations, solve time,



and solution stability Present methodologies and results to business and engineering stakeholders Requirements:

Six-plus years designing production optimization solutions Experience with OR-Tools, CP-SAT, or comparable solvers Solid linear, integer, or stochastic optimization foundation Workforce or resource scheduling experience with large datasets Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ Bring optimization, software engineering, and analytical expertise to Miratech’s workforce scheduling and resource-allocation services.
