CSC Generation seeks a Head of People Operations, up to VP level, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer. Build talent infrastructure using AI-driven skills mapping, internal mobility systems, and energetic compensation modeling. Partner with leaders across the company to improve workforce effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Design an AI-native HR function and intelligent talent infrastructure Integrate AI and automation across the employee lifecycle Improve workforce planning, performance management, and talent development Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes and decision quality Lead and develop the People Operations team Requirements:

Five-plus years building or leading HR systems At least two years in senior leadership capacity Track record redesigning people processes with AI Fluency with AI, automation tools, and LLM workflows STEM degree or equivalent technically rigorous experience Shape AI-enabled talent infrastructure and People Operations strategy through workforce planning, automation, and organizational design at CSC Generation.
