Key Responsibilities
Draft and prosecute patent and trademark applications.
Conduct patentability, infringement, and trademark clearance analyses.
Support IP litigation, including motions, pleadings, and trials.
Manage client IP portfolios and filing deadlines.
Advise clients on IP protection and strategy.
Requirements
JD or equivalent law degree.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent STEM education, experience, or training.
Law office experience preferred.
Provincial law society membership and patent or trademark agent licence are assets.
