As Director, Business Development, you will pursue recent construction opportunities using industry contacts and knowledge across construction, development, and real estate. You will grow trust in Keller, develop clients, and support successful project pursuits. The position includes commercial, mixed-use, select public, and track opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Understand Keller’s target market and develop market-share strategy Develop new commercial, mixed-use, and select public clients Generate and track leads aligned with business development strategy Manage proposals, submissions, negotiations,



and competitive tender support Build relationships that create construction opportunities and sole-source pursuits Requirements:
