The Role You will be responsible for developing and growing your own Personal and Commercial Lines pipeline by:

Prospecting and generating new business

Building client, referral partner and centre-of-influence relationships

Networking and identifying new opportunities

Quoting and selling Personal and Commercial Lines insurance

Recommending appropriate coverage solutions

Cross-selling and rounding accounts

Maintaining an organized pipeline and follow-up process





Growing and retaining a profitable book of business

Who We Want to Meet You may be a strong fit if you:

Hold an active RIBO license or are eligible to obtain one

Have insurance sales or business-development experience

Are comfortable generating your own opportunities

Are confident prospecting, networking and asking for referrals

Are self-motivated, accountable and organized

Communicate professionally and confidently with clients

Want to build a serious long-term book of business

Commercial Lines experience; brokerage management system experience, CRM experience and established referral relationships are considered assets.
