Lead commercial management for SYSTRA Canada’s GoExpansion project in downtown Toronto, applying contract strategy and risk expertise onsite five days weekly. As Senior Commercial Manager within the MCS Delivery Partner Consortium, you will guide commercial outcomes for large, complex transit initiatives. Your work spans contract governance, vendor management, claims resolution, and cost and schedule control. You will collaborate with senior management, partners, vendors, legal representatives, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop commercial strategies, methodologies, tools, and continuous improvement practices Lead contract negotiation, governance, review, and lifecycle management Manage contractual claims, disputes, amendments, and closeout activities Monitor vendor performance, risks, costs, schedules,



and contractual obligations Report commercial priorities, performance measures, risks, and action plans Requirements:

Degree in engineering, accounting, business, construction, or project management Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible rail or transit experience At least 5 years managing complex, multi-year projects or contracts Knowledge of contract law, CCDC, construction, operating, and service agreements Valid driver’s license and positive driving record required Apply commercial leadership, negotiation, risk management, and contract expertise to SYSTRA Canada’s complex GoExpansion transit project.
