Lead Achievers’ global accounts receivable function through accurate invoicing, collections, cash application, and scalable operations. Toronto-based work supports worldwide financial performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, the Manager oversees the full accounts receivable lifecycle. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Finance Systems, and IT. It supports revenue realization, working capital optimization, internal controls, customer experience, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations,



and disputes Monitor ageing and drive proactive collection strategies Resolve billing and payment issues with stakeholders and customers Lead and develop six accounts receivable professionals Present metrics and support audits with control evidence Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years’ progressive accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience At least 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, SaaS, and recurring revenue Bring global receivables leadership, analytical judgment, process improvement, and customer-focused collections expertise to Achievers’ accounting team.
