This Technical Lead requires strong IBM TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support experience. You will translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications while working with analysts, architects, users, and support teams. The work spans Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Projects modules. Key Responsibilities:
