Lead philanthropy and partnerships fundraising for RABI, using major donor management and strategic relationship building across England, Wales and NI. Shape support for farming people through sustained funding.

As Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will develop RABI’s donor base across major donors, trusts, foundations, corporate partners, legacy and in-memory supporters. The role focuses on fundraising strategy, funding opportunities and tailored engagement. You will strengthen relationships while supporting long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the Philanthropy and Partnerships fundraising strategy
- Cultivate, solicit and steward relationships with larger funders
- Create tailored proposals and partnership packages




- Manage corporate funder agreements and deliverables
- Track donor data and fundraising income using CRM systems

Requirements:

- Senior fundraising experience securing major funds
- Exceptional major donor management and stewardship skills
- Persuasive written and verbal communication abilities
- Fundraising team management and development experience
- Knowledge or interest in the agricultural sector
