This experienced Accounting Manager oversees accounting functions, financial controls, and reporting. You will establish accounting practices, prepare financial statements, and communicate results to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, develop, and support the finance team
- Oversee journal entries, payroll, AP/AR, and statutory reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Lead year-end audits and prepare audited financial statements
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements:

- University degree in business or accounting
- Four-plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous management experience
- Robust Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
