Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance activity across electrical trades and site operations. This role covers electrical systems, mobile equipment, mine power distribution, and communication systems. Success requires leadership, mentoring, planning, communication, and employee relations skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across applicable site systems
- Execute daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules
- Monitor schedule compliance, equipment availability, productivity, and delays




- Guide tradespeople through failures, root causes, and corrective actions
- Lead teams through training, scheduling, and resource allocation

Requirements:

- Valid Electrical Journeyperson's ticket, technical diploma, or engineering degree
- Experience with overhead high-voltage distribution and transmission systems
- Previous mine or industrial experience
- Solid understanding of Programmable Logic Control
- Organizational, planning, employee relations, and computer skills
