Senior Product Marketing Manager - Engineered Arts About Engineered Arts Engineered Arts is the world's leading manufacturer of interactive humanoid robots. Our Ameca robot is widely recognised as "the face of AI" — a social media phenomenon and the go-to demonstration platform for generative AI in a physical form. Alongside our ultra-realistic Mesmer range of animated figures, our robots continue to surprise and excite visitors at museums, theme parks, and trade shows, while supporting leading universities with cutting-edge AI and robotics research.
We build the Ameca full-size humanoid platform, the MD3 desktop line (Ami Desktop, Azi Desktop, and Ameca Desktop), and custom Mesmer builds. Our customers span research labs, schools, museums and visitor attractions, corporate and hospitality clients, and conference and event rental operators.
The industries being transformed by physical AI read like a world tour: natural history museums in London, hotel lobbies in Dubai, university robotics labs in Tokyo, trade show floors in Las Vegas. Engineered Arts robots are already there — and the market is only just getting started. The category is wide open, and the person in this role gets to define how the world thinks about it.
About the Role This is a builder role — and that's what makes it rare. You'll own the full product marketing motion: developing the messaging frameworks and ICP narratives that ground the GTM strategy, then personally bringing them to life through battle cards, discovery guides, visual assets, and outbound sequences. The strategy and the execution are yours.
You'll start as a team of one — which means you won't be inheriting someone else's playbook. You'll be writing it.
That takes both rigorous analytical thinking and the creative instinct to turn an extraordinary product into compelling, segment-specific stories.
Ameca is already one of the most recognized robots on the planet. Your job is to turn that awareness into pipeline — and pipeline into a repeatable GTM machine.
Key Responsibilities
Own the narrative:
Sharpen the positioning that separates us from pure-software AI companies and academic robotics projects — and make it consistent everywhere: site, deck, docs, outbound, and partner collateral
Own analyst relations:
Get Engineered Arts into the conversations Gartner, Forrester, and IDC are having about humanoid robotics, physical AI, and the service robot market. Build relationships, run briefings, and earn inclusion in the reports that matter to our buyers
Arm the sales team:
Battle cards against key competitors; pitch decks; one-pagers; objection handling; POC and technical collateral. Sales enablement here means the AE opens their laptop and everything they need already exists
Run the content engine:
Website copy, blog, customer stories, launch content, and the proof points that make the pitch land. Ameca is already making headlines — your job is to make sure the market understands what's behind the headline, and why it matters for their use case
Land the launches:
Own go-to-market for recent capabilities and new products end to end — messaging, collateral, enablement, and the measurement that tells us whether it worked
Know the competition cold:
Maintain live competitive intelligence and win/loss insight, and get it into the hands of the people in deals before they need to ask for it
Feed the source of truth:
Keep our canonical fact base current so every document, sequence, and battle card downstream stays accurate and consistent
Build vertical playbooks:
The pitch to a natural history museum is completely different from the pitch to a hotel chain or a university robotics lab. You will own segment-specific messaging frameworks for each of our core verticals — and know which proof points move each one
Required Skills & Abilities
Senior PMM track record:
5–8 years in product marketing, with meaningful time at a Series A or B company where you built rather than maintained
Technical product fluency:
You've marketed something genuinely technical — hardware, AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling — and you can hold a conversation with an engineer without translating everything into metaphor
Analyst relations experience:
You've run a briefing, survived an inquiry, and know what it actually takes to get included in a Gartner Market Guide or Forrester Wave
Hands-on writer:
You write the positioning docs, battle cards, launch posts, and customer stories yourself. This is not a brief-writing seat
Enablement instinct:
You measure your work by whether sellers use it and whether it changes win rates — not by how much content exists
Builder DNA:
Comfortable when the category, the messag
