The Senior Project Manager oversees demolition and construction work from award through closeout. You will manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, resources, contracts, and client relationships. Close coordination with Superintendents, Engineering, Health & Safety, Estimating, and Project Coordination supports secure, efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from award through completion and closeout
- Control scope, schedule, budget, productivity, and profitability
- Maintain forecasts, resource plans, and project schedules
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and services
- Lead meetings, reporting,

Requirements:

- 8+ years in demolition or heavy civil construction
- Significant project management experience with demolition strongly preferred
- Education in construction, engineering, project management, or related discipline
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
- Comfort working independently in field-based, site-driven environments
