Build reliability for Adobe Experience Manager and CDN delivery as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Toronto, working four days onsite weekly. This build-then-run role establishes a recent reliability practice for a high-traffic public website. You will shape observability, incident management, release controls, resilience, performance engineering, and compliance evidence. The work spans CDN configuration, DNS, certificates, cache invalidation, Core Web Vitals, Git-based delivery, and third-party integrations. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CDN, edge configuration, DNS, certificates, and integrations Build external synthetics and maintain smoke-testing automation Lead customer-facing incidents and vendor escalations Design release controls, rollback rehearsals,



and content publishing evidence Define recovery exercises, service objectives, and resilience reporting Requirements:

Substantial experience operating high-traffic websites behind enterprise CDNs Deep knowledge of caching, invalidation, edge logic, TLS, and DNS Experience with WAF tuning, bot management, and web performance Experience with observability, SLOs, error budgets, and synthetic monitoring Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and front-end technology Apply your CDN, observability, incident command, and release engineering expertise to Adobe Experience Manager reliability.
