As Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across the Kitchen and Restaurant Group. You will assist Team Members and Leaders with employee experience needs while maintaining accurate, consistent, and responsive processes. The position includes recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and confidential information handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as first contact for routine human resources questions
- Coordinate postings, screening, interviews, references, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system information
- Administer Kitchen schedules, timecards, exceptions,



and discrepancies
- Track benefits, leave, training, certifications, and employment requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or certificate focused on Human Resources
- One to three years of progressive human resources experience
- Exposure to employee relations and confidential employee matters
- Knowledge of employment standards, human rights, and safety requirements
- Solid organization, communication, judgment, and discretion
