Working closely with a respected Director of Construction and an experienced leadership team, you'll take ownership of major project phases, contribute to a growing in-house construction team, and build a long-term career with a company that has a substantial pipeline of work ahead. What You'll Do

You'll lead significant project phases from pre-construction through completion, working closely with site teams, consultants, trade partners, and leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through turnover. Manage project budgets, schedules,



procurement, contracts, and financial performance. Work in close partnership with Site Superintendents to coordinate field and office activities and keep projects moving forward. Build strong relationships with consultants, trade partners, and stakeholders to support effective project execution. Identify potential challenges early and develop practical solutions to protect schedule, budget, and quality. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, documentation, and overall project performance.
