As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage residential, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Edmonton and beyond. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver civil engineering solutions, and guide projects through municipal approvals, construction, and post-construction acceptance. Key Responsibilities:

Lead land development projects from concept through construction acceptance Deliver servicing, grading, roadway, stormwater, and utility solutions Guide engineers, designers, technologists, and subconsultants Serve developers, municipalities, and agencies as primary client partner Oversee approvals,



budgets, contracts, construction reviews, and technical responses Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology diploma 10+ years of land development and municipal infrastructure experience APEGA or ASET registration, or eligibility, in Alberta Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, modeling, and coordination platforms Valid driver’s license and vehicle for project-related travel Bring land development leadership, civil design expertise, and municipal approvals knowledge to WSP’s Edmonton team.
