Lead Canadian regulatory reporting at Morgan Stanley in Toronto through advanced finance expertise, CIRO filings, and a hybrid work setting. This Director-level Controller role supports Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting. You will lead regulatory reporting for Canadian member firm entities, strengthen controls, and support regulatory change. The work spans IFRS, regulatory capital, reconciliations, audits, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Lead accurate, complete, and timely CIRO regulatory filings Support regulatory and statutory audits with evidence preparation Implement regulatory, accounting, and business reporting requirements Resolve reporting and control issues with cross-functional stakeholders Improve governance, documentation, data quality, and automation Requirements:

CPA Canada or equivalent designation Knowledge of IFRS accounting rules Experience with Canadian regulatory capital filings Understanding of reporting controls, reconciliations, and auditability At least six years of relevant experience generally expected Apply finance, regulatory capital, and controls expertise to support Morgan Stanley’s Canadian entity reporting framework in Toronto.
