The work spans investigations, technical reporting, construction documentation, tendering, and project delivery. You will support building performance, restoration, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from investigation through construction Prepare reports on roofing, leakage, and building conditions Lead drawings, specifications,



and tendering processes Identify business development opportunities and lead proposals Monitor invoicing, receivables, and project financial health Requirements:
