This role supports practice groups across Canada and globally. As a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Lead, you will serve DIALOG’s Private Sector markets, including Mixed-Use Living and Hospitality. You will develop market strategies, manage pursuit pipelines, and coordinate submissions across a multidisciplinary design practice. Success requires robust writing, editing, facilitation, and Adobe InDesign skills. Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years in marketing and business development Experience with complex AEC or B2B professional services pursuits Related post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or design Strong writing, editing, facilitation, and relationship-building skills Strong Adobe InDesign knowledge and presentation skills Bring strategic pursuit leadership, persuasive communication, and Adobe InDesign expertise to DIALOG’s private-sector growth initiatives across Canada.
