You will lead a Senior Property Manager and Property Manager while strengthening processes within a growing Canadian property management business. The role combines coaching, client relationships, budgeting, leasing support, and portfolio oversight. Key Responsibilities:





Oversee three Edmonton rental communities and their performance Coach site leaders and guide staffing decisions Develop budgets and review financial statements and variances Lead client presentations and financial reviews Oversee standards, inspections, vendors, and capital requirements Requirements:
