Lead International Division FP&A; and capital investment at Top Aces in Dorval, applying forecasting and financial analysis expertise. This is a full-time chance.

The Director supports financial planning and analysis across Top Aces’ International Division. Responsibilities include annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, five-year strategic planning, and business performance analysis. The position also supports profitability and efficiency initiatives through project financial support, ROI analysis, and KPI development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and five-year strategic planning
- Develop P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
- Lead scenario, sensitivity, risk, and opportunity analyses
- Oversee capex and inventory financial management
- Present management accounts, dashboards, and reports to leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or comparable business field
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting
- Level II clearance and Canadian Controlled Goods access eligibility
