The work includes contract analysis, supplier pricing, risk identification, and tender submissions. You will support cost reporting and maintain pricing information for suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors across Taggart Construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze contract documents, specifications, revisions, and project requirementsSolicit labour, equipment, and material pricingOrganize bid closing assignments and submission deadlinesPrepare cost reports and track project cost forecastsReview final bids and oversee tender document submissionRequirements:
Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent demonstrated experienceSeven to ten years of estimating experienceAbility to interpret specifications, blueprints, and as-builtsStrong mathematical, analytical, planning, and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travelApply civil estimating, contract analysis, and cost forecasting skills to support Taggart Construction projects in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.
