The work spans product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, requirements, validation, rollout, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, release plan, and success measuresAnalyze underwriter, broker, servicing, and operational workflowsTranslate policy requirements and user needs into product requirementsLead three-in-a-box decisions across scope, risk, cost, and technologyTrack adoption, cycle time, quality, risk, satisfaction, and unit costRequirements:




Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related disciplineSix-plus years managing complex workflow products through production adoptionExperience translating workflows into roadmaps, requirements, and acceptance criteriaExperience collaborating across business, design, engineering, data, quality, security, and operationsPractical understanding of AI outputs, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and human judgmentBring product leadership, mortgage workflow knowledge, and AI product expertise to First National’s Toronto team.
