Lead mechanical maintenance at Greenfire’s SAGD facilities in Fort McMurray, applying equipment reliability expertise across a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation.The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and technical oversight at central processing facilities, well pads, and associated infrastructure. This full-time, permanent position directs preventive, corrective, and emergent work on rotating and stationary equipment. The Supervisor supports protected execution, regulatory compliance, and cost-conscious maintenance delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily mechanical maintenance across plants and well padsOversee pumps, compressors, valves, piping, and pressure equipmentGuide troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and reliability improvementsCoordinate SIMOPS, isolations, permits,



and safe equipment handoversUse Maximo to maintain work orders and equipment historyRequirements:
Red Seal mechanical trade certification or equivalent experienceMinimum ten years of relevant industrial maintenance experienceExperience leading crews or contractors in operating facilitiesKnowledge of Alberta OHS, ABSA, and pressure-system codesValid Class 5 driver’s licence and site access capabilityApply mechanical leadership, Maximo knowledge, and reliability expertise to Greenfire’s SAGD maintenance operations in Fort McMurray.
