Reporting to the Director, Finance and Operations, you will support sound financial management, accurate reporting, and effective budgeting. The position also oversees office and membership administration while providing insights for organizational decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activitiesPrepare financial statements and management reporting schedulesCoordinate audits, compliance activities, and year-end processesOversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow,



and banking relationshipsManage membership, office administration, vendors, and facilitiesRequirements:
CPA designation and post-secondary accounting educationSeven or more years of progressive finance experienceExperience managing budgeting and forecasting processesExperience supporting senior leadership decision-making and auditsProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft OfficeBring finance leadership, reporting discipline, and operational oversight to OBSI’s hybrid Toronto team supporting effective organizational stewardship.
