The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and continuously improving learning solutions and learning technology experiences that build capability for our store teams. This role combines instructional design expertise, learning systems administration, reporting and stakeholder partnership to deliver measurable learning outcomes.

Learning Content Design & Development

Design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning solutions using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Vyond and other authoring tools.

Create job aids, guides, reference materials, videos and microlearning resources that grow learner capability.

Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, engaging and aligned with business needs.

Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously refine content to improve learner outcomes and business impact.

Support the deployment and adoption of learning solutions across store teams and stakeholders.

Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Analyse completion, compliance, engagement, assessment and capability data.

Lead testing, feature implementation and continuous improvement activities within learning technologies.





5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design or eLearning development, ideally within a retail or customer-focused environment.

- Advanced experience with e-learning authoring tools and video animation platforms, Microsoft Suite and related digital learning tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and a systems approach to training.
- Experience creating a wide variety of learning solutions including eLearning, facilitated materials, videos, guides and webinars.
- Solid analytical, reporting and Excel skills with the ability to interpret learning data and provide insights.
- Adaptable, collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus, profit sharing, and benefits. 4 weeks of vacation and 1 paid volunteer day per year
