As the organization’s senior HR leader, you will guide people initiatives across diverse operations and nearly 500 employees. You will partner with executives, division leaders, and managers while leading a small HR team. Lead, develop, and support a small HR team

Advise leaders on employee relations and complex people matters

Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning

Enhance HR systems, reporting, policies, and processes

Progressive human resources experience across multiple disciplines

Experience advising senior leaders and supporting people managers

Expertise in investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management

Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and compliance

Undergraduate degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field
