Support insurance claims on site in Laval using bilingual customer service, telephone communication, and administrative coordination skills. This permanent full time position works 37.5 hours weekly.

Reporting to the Claims Manager at Couche-Tard/Circle K, the Claims Customer Service Agent serves operators and customers. The position coordinates claim files, follows up with operations, clients, insurers, and adjusters, and supports the Insurance and Claims department. A DEC in secretarial studies or administration is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as contact for bodily injury and property claims
• Coordinate claim files under established billing protocols

• Handle telephone complaints related to customer service claims
• Provide administrative support and prepare statistical report documents

Requirements:

• DEC in secretarial studies or administration
• At least one year of relevant telephone customer service experience
• Excellent command of the Office suite
• Rigor, organization, autonomy, diplomacy, and priority management
• Advanced French and English, spoken and written
